Our primary backing for handtufted carpets is made of polyester. It is a primary tufting fabric for the manufacture of hand tufted carpets. As a high performance primary backing designed specifically for use with tufting robots and tufting pistols, the fabric is produced to meet a range of technical specifications specifically suited to our customer demands.
Our standard widths are from 325 up to 515 cm. Special widths up to 1200 cm can be produced on request.
Our backings are available in the colours grey, black and white. There are stripes for orientation every 50 cm in warp and weft direction.
Other colors, fabric settings and widths are available on request (minimum order amount: 3.000 lm)

Our secondary backing for carpets and floor coverings are made of polyester, acrylic and polypropylene. The secondary backings are laminated to carpets and floor coverings in order to achieve a wide range of technical properties, as well as processing advantages.
The fabrics are available in a wide range of different weave densities, weave patterns and different colours to achieve an optically enhanced finished carpet appearance.
Our secondary backings are available in standard widths from 315 cm up to 515 cm.
